Application:
1) Thermal power plant: lining plate of medium speed pulverizer barrel, impeller shell of fan, inlet flue of dust remover, ash duct, lining plate of bucket wheel, connecting pipe of separator, lining plate of coal crusher, lining plate of coal hopper and crusher, burner burner nozzle, lining plate of coal hopper and funnel, air preheater support, guide vane of separator. The above parts have no high requirements for the hardness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant steel plate. The wear-resistant steel plate with the material of NM360 / 400 and the thickness of 6-10 mm can be used.

2) Coal Yard: feed chute and hopper lining, hopper lining, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide lining, ball mill lining, bit stabilizer, screw feeder bell and base, Kneader bucket lining, ring feeder, tipper bottom plate. The working environment of the coal yard is very bad, so it has certain requirements for the corrosion resistance and wear resistance strength of the wear-resistant steel plate. It is recommended to use the nm400 / 450 wear-resistant steel plate with a thickness of 8-26mm.

3) Cement plant: chute lining, end lining, cyclone dust collector, separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and lining, recycling bucket lining, screw conveyor base plate, pipe components, fuse block cooling plate lining, conveyor slot lining. These parts also need wear-resistant steel plate with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which can be made of NM360 / 400 and 8-30mmd thick.

4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper lining plate, grab blade plate, automatic tipper tipper plate, dump truck body. This requires wear-resistant steel plate with high wear-resistant strength and hardness. It is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plate with material nm500 hardox450 / 500 and thickness of 25-45mm.

5) Mining machinery: mineral material, stone crusher lining plate, blade, conveyor lining plate, baffle. This kind of parts need high wear resistance, and can be made of nm450 / 500 wear-resistant steel plate with thickness of 10-30mm.

6) Construction machinery: Cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing plant, mixer lining plate, dust remover lining plate, brick making machine mold plate. The recommended material is NM360 / 400, 10-30mm thick wear-resistant steel plate.

7) Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This kind of machine needs the wear-resistant steel plate with very strong and high wear-resistant strength, which can be made of nm500 and 20-60mm thick.

8) Metallurgical Machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner, scraper machine liner. Because this kind of machinery needs wear-resistant steel plate with high temperature resistance and strong hardness. Therefore, hardox600hardoxhituf series wear-resistant steel plate is recommended.
