Standard Export Packaging

1.Bundling:Pipes are securely bundled with steel straps or high-strength packing straps. Bundle weight and dimensions are optimized for handling.
2.Waterproof Protection: Inner layer coated with anti-rust oil/wrapped with VCI paper, and outer layer protected with waterproof plastic film or woven cloth.
3.End Protection Plastic or steel protectors are fitted on threaded or beveled ends.
4.Clear Marking: Each bundle/pipe is tagged with waterproof labels indicating specification, grade, standard, heat no., weight, and origin.
5.Secure Stowage: Pipes are optimally stacked and securely fastened within containers or ship holds to prevent movement and damage during transit.
